W joining us now a cotton farmer's son from Haywood County, Tennessee. Vincent Everett Ellison a best selling author, and he's been everywhere on television, radio,

hasn't been here on the Nightcap for quite a while. I think we spoke right after you had released twenty five Lies, Vincent, and we also the first time we talked was right after the release of The Iron Triangle, which was also a number one best seller on the book, and I'm sure this one is about to be. With the way things are in the world, it seems like there is no there's no lacking for hatred among party lines,

among certain peoples in different communities, and obviously that's been illustrated by Hamas, the terrorist organization in Gaza Strip attacking and wanting to overthrow and actually wipe Israel to the sea. So we have a lot of things going on, but primarily in your focus in this latest book, you talk about what's been going on in American politics and how toxic, toxic it is to every person

in this country. I either Democrats and their crime syndicate, which has been very much highlighted and pointed out with the man at the top right now the big guy at sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue who is not only a walking, talking

nightmare cognitively, but also a long, long history of criminal activity. I mean, I said, it looked like the mob from the word go, when we started understanding that Hunter Biden's laptop was not only real, but it was a depiction of a crime syndicate at the highest levels of our government. And they all happened to be or most of them happen to be Democrats. So Vincent Ellison, how are you doing, sir brother. I'm doing fine,

and my new book Crime is doing great. It just reached number one on Amazon of all the pre releases, of all the all the new release books last week in the world it was number one. Congratulations, it's doing Yeah, thank you, it's doing well. Just like Iron Triangle was rated by the Book Authority, it was rated in the top one hundred greatest political

books of all time. Then it was number sixty one. Because it exposed how the Democratic Party was using the black preachers, the black politicians, and the black Civil Rights organizer to control the black community for those rich white liberals, and twenty five lives became a very verge became a number one bestseller. It was number one six times last year. That's great, so close, one hundred thousand copies over. Then I did my latest documentary, because Will

you Go to Hell for Me? We didn't talk about that one, but it was a documentary that if you go to my website Vince Ellison dot com, that's Vice Ellison dot com, you can look at the trailer and look at all my books. But it talks about a very basic question. Then when the Democratic Party asks the Christian to vote for them, the Democratic Party is the party that wants to castrate little boys and call them little girls, cut off the breast of little girls and call him little boys. They believe

in nine months abortion. They believe in kicking God out of the public square. Meal at a book, football game to protest your government. They'll love you, but you manel at the football game to pray to Jesus Christ, they want to put you in jail. You know. They won't kill the border, allowing sex trafficking and fitting all that kills one hundred thousand people. I say that if the Democratic Party asked the Christian to vote for them,

they're asking that Christian to go to hell. For them, because that our Christian faith, those things are sends for him. And if you don't repent, you go to hell if you vote for a party that's going to do those types of things to people, murder them, kill them, and destroy their lives. So that's what the documentary talks about. And I want you guys to go to Vinciellison dot com and look at the trailer. When I put it, Tucker cars and allowed me to staybut it on his show on

Fox before he left. He got one hundred thousand hits on YouTube. The trailer did, and then they banned it. Now they'll let Cardy b come on YouTube and shake them a hind in front of everybody, so they can't show my trailer told the truth. Oh yeah, and now I've done crime. So now I've done crime Crime Ink. I've written this book. It just came out October third, and Crime Ink talks about how the Democratic Party

is an evil institution but it's also a criminal institution. And I have twelve chapters explaining how the Democratic Party is like the mafia, It's like the Triads, It's like Ms thirteen and the Chryst and the Blood and how they and how all of them handle business the exact same way they're handing gloves. Well,

it's amazing too. That and not a surprise that an organization like BLM, which was an American terrorist organization, is backing Hamas as they try and wipe out Israel, because they are two sides of the same coin, those two they're both terrorists, they're both evil, and they have no regard for the people that they say they're trying to help and support. Plus, the Democratic Party supports uh. The Democratic Party supports the monster. They support,

they support out, they support Iran. Uh. They they were They've allowed them to sell one hundred and hundreds of bigions of dollars in oil. They they they give them all types of money to uh to, to uh to to to release hostages. They are trying to say that they're they're there.

They're trying to open up all all of these relationships with them. And every time that Iran gets they gives Hermas and they get a hesbalah hesvla and and and and Hermas did not buy one hundreds of thousands of thistles and rockets by selling trinkets on the side of the street. They got this money from Iran and yo Buyen and his the administration supports Iran, and by supporting Iran,

the Democratic Party some more time they support Hermas and Hesbala. And now they want to throw the rock and hide the hand and say no no, no, no, no no no, we support Israel. You're a liar. You support Iran and you support the terriffs. And and by keeping the border open down south, you're bringing terrorists them to America. We got sleeper sales all over this country right now. They're going to be activated sometimes in their future. And when it does happen, you have to lay it at the

foot of the Democratic Party, a criminal organization. What was amazing to me Vincent talking to Vincent Everett Ellison his new book, Crime, Inc. What's amazing to me is that. And the first thing that I thought after these brutal terrorist attacks, you know, beheading babies, ripping babies out of the womb, was that hamas is a lot like planned parenthood. What's the difference. They rip babies out of the womb on the street or they do it

in a clinic. Either way, it's murdered, right, It's right on their head, right. That's that's one of my chapters, I talk about how the Democratic Party makes them money off hits, just like the market does. The market had murder inc with Bud jest Siegel. They weren't aloud and

kill people. He had money for it. Well, the Democratic Party done the same thing with Planned Parenthood. They said Planned parent it over five hundred and fifty million dollars last year, and they threatened to shut down the government that the Republicans ever talk about pulling that money out. So they give playing Prayer to a five hundred and fifty million dollars Planing Praying put kills babies and then makes money from the babies. And then ninety eight percent of all of

that campaign contributions go to who the Democrat Party. So the Democrat Party makes money from hits. They's like the mafia. The Democrat Party makes money just like the cartails. They do it frough sex trafficking and drug trafficking. They won't kill the border. Why each one of those cartails have a k Street lawyer in DC and lobby and they give them money to give the Democrat Party contributions. And the Democratic Party leaves that border open so they can bring the

drugs over. So they can bring the sex trafficking over, so that they can bring the human trafficking over. And they all get a kickback from these cartail lawyers who give them campaign contributions. That's the Democrat Party. They are a criminal organization. They want to defund the police. Now why would you want to defund the police and have cast as bail so that all the drugs that come across the border can be soldware in the black community. Because the

Democratic Party and organized crime hate and humiliate black people. Look at how they make black people live in Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles mephist They live like dogs. They have schools that you wouldn't send your dog to Baltimore or not let them out. Yes, they spend twenty one thousand and they control the unions. Another thing, what whether they do they give They make sure that the teachers get raisest The teachers then give their money to the unions, and

the unions do what give them money to the Democratic Party? Classic money laundering, something that Marcia has been doing in the unions for the past sixty seventy years. The Democratic Party in the Marble work at the same exact way. They addict people. They have they have no morality, they explored Patsy's They have false piety, They walk around in pride. They are the same thing criminals and evil organizations. Y'all buy clime inch read it, share it with

your friends, and explain to them. If you vote for the Democratic Party, you're putting criminals in charge of America. And if you put a criminal syndicate in charge of your country, it ends up just like Russia, just like just like Germany, just like Italy. It's gonna tear apart. It's going to fall apart. These people are credible criminals. They're worse than a moss now has the power base. The establishment in Washington, DC also poisoned

and brought along some Republicans. Let's be honest about it. Yes some have. Of course, of course I'm not saying that the only thing that keeps the Republican Party from being as the base as the Democrat Party or the Republican Party. Constituents were people that believe in God, we believe in freedom. We believe that our freedom supersedes the Constitution. As Thomas Jefferson said, we

were born with our freedom. It's an un aiable right. And I go into how Martin Luther King Jr. And the Civil Rights movement were the catalysts to start the communism in the Democrat Party. Let me explain. Martin Luther King Junior, after the boycott Montgomery bus boycott, was recruited by beatt Ruston, who was a communist. Beatt Ruston introduced Daniel Lebson to the introduced King to the number one communist in America. His name was Stanley Levinson. Your

listeners can look this up. Dandy Leveson recruited King and they organized as the SELC, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Yes, Standy Leveson and bad Rusting organized it, wrote the paperwork and incorporated it. They wrote, I have

a dream speech, Daniel Lebson and Class and Class Jones. What did they do instead of Martin Luther King Junior saving these people bringing the Christianity, All these communists, all these Marxists, all these atheists, all these dope heads and hippies joined the Civil rights movement and in nineteen fifty six they gave the common turn, gave an order that their handlets in the Civil Rights movement was turned the black community into a replica of the Soviet Union and they've done that.

Dictator worship, one party rule, poverty, subst abuse, family breakdown, the black people in America, our third world nation with the bottom up every socioeconomic statistic in America because of the Civil rights movement. So what happened after the Civil Rights movement? All those weirdos jumpson took over the Demo Party in nineteen seventy two. They tried to do it in nineteen sixty eight, but may Daily and the hard hats ran them out, and they were in

the street screaming. The whole world is watching. Saul and Lefsky was in the group with them. He said, you got three choices. Go back home and go to a wearing wall, get bonds up, blowing up stuff, and you're gonna turn them to the GOP. Or go home organized and then four years come back and you'd be the delegates. In nineteen seventy two, they came back to Miami. This time they ran Mayor Daily out and

they took over the Democratic Party in nineteen seventy two. A young Joe Biden, a young Nation Pelosi, a young James Climate, Jesse Jashon, all of them, and in nineteen seventy two in Miami. They put abortion on the plank for the first time, LGBTQ and gay rights on the plank for the first time, atheism on the plank for the first time. And that's when white conservatives left the Democrat Party and went to the Republican Party. People try to rewrite history, say it was racism. It was not racism.

It was at the Democratic Party turned atheists. The Democrat Party turned marsist. The Democratic Party had turned to socialism. And if white conservatives had stayed with the Democrat Party, they would have been they'd be exactly what black people are right now, at the bottom of every socio economic statistic in America. Instead, they were small enough to leaves, and they saved themselves and their children

and their grandchildren from this debacle. So my first chapter, A Foreign Influence, proved that the Democratic Party is no longer that party of before nineteen fifty, a party of ignorant racist rival. No. No, no. After nineteen seventy two, they became a sophisticated criminal mafia communist organization controlled straight out of the uss Are the way that the mafia is controlled by Italy, the

same way that the Triads come out of China. The same way that MS thirteen comes from South America, the Democratic Party comes from Moscow and the uss R, and now they're connected to Red China. Do not doubt me. If you recline me, it'll proved all of the two you be on the shadow of it out. I pulled the scab off all of it. And that's why nobody can deny this book. They are trying right now to discredit

and they can't. It's brawing people's minds up all over the world. Get crying and be at the front of it and understand how the Democratic Party is the most criminal, evil organization in the history of the world. Was Senator McCarthy right in the fifties when he went after the communist inside our government? One hundred percent correct? And Jay egger Hooper was right too when he was going out there taking all those communists out doing the systry. That's why they

hate Whover today. They try to say that who would try to store Martinus the King Junior? When Whover died, None of those king takes that come out, yet he hit them all. He had to know who Martins the King King Junior was so king was a comment that he had lied to Boby Kennedy and Tower John F. Kendy about it. He said He's gonna get

rid of those Communists in his organizations, and he didn't. And they had to make sure the King was not compromised, and they found out that he was, so they had to make sure that he can not do any more damage to American than he was doing. So people try to so people don't know this. In nineteen six he says, guess who was the first recipient of the Marcus Lang Award, Martin Luther King Jr. For helping Margins sang Its up Barson Clinic in the black community. People don't know that King was

excommunicated from the Black church in nineteen sixty one. Look, he was excommunicating from the National Baptist Convention. Why he was trying to take it over based on Stanley Levinson's orders to use the National Baptist Convention to a eight million member of black convention for the civil rights movement and for the Marsians. He started a fight on the convention floor in Kansas City and killed a preacher on the floor. He was excommunicated for this, So he started his own religion.

What religion did he started. He just started the National Baptist Convention. He started an offshoot called the Progressive National Baptist Convention. That's the group that Rassae air Warn belongs to. Right now, there are the apostet groups of perverts, liars and soccopaths. Yeah, so King started his own religion. He wasn't a Baptist minister. He was kicked out of the bat this church. Look it up yourself and your seat. And then also people try to blame

LBJ for the welfare and for the desertion of the black family. No, Mornihan did the Morning Hand Report in nineteen sixty five. He told LBJV got to use all federal money to put the black man back in charge of his family. LBJ said, take this to the civil rights community. They have to sign off on it. McGeorge Bundy went with more in hand to this

retreat that the Ford Foundation was paying for. He talked to King about it and other people inside the black community and the civil rights community, and make George Bundy said, and David Garrow puts this in his book Brand Across. It's a wonder. Mornihan got out of that room alive. The feminists and the Marsis said that the family is like slavery. They do not want to put the father back in their head. They want to connect it to the

mother. And they went to Johnson and said, we want the man in house clause put in welfare that says that if the man is called the house, the woman can get no help from the government. And Johnson did it, and consequently the black community want from had their eighty percent of his children have been born in wedlock before nineteen fifty to eighty percent being born out of wed lock in the eighties, all because of not LBJ but MLK, and

that still wasn't enough. If you remember, right before he died, he wanted to do the Poor People's March. He was mad at LBJ because the Vietnam said this money should be going to poor people. So he wanted we had one hundred and forty four billion dollar budget in America, then he wanted thirty billion dollars. Thirty billion, that's that's that's like almost a quarter of the budget. That's even the equipment of almost two trillion dollars now for free

housing, pree medical cares, free food, and free everything else. And he said he's gonna bring a million people to DC and shut it down until he got it, and then he was assassinated before it happened. That was Martin Luther King Junior and all of those weirdows that were in the civil rights movement jumped to the Democrat part and took it over in nineteen seventy two. And they were waiting and waiting and waiting, and they thought they had it

with Bill Clinton, but then they got it with Barack Obama. If they haven't look back since, and now they're full flow up, the full defledged Marxist organization. They'll deny it, but that God, the anti family, the anti American, their anti freedom. Vincent anything good, Vincent Everett Ellison. The new book is crime inc. He is We know who doctor Huver is, but our guest is a man named Lou Tolano. It wasn't really familiar with the whole background, and I'm still not. That's why we've got Lou on the air tonight. Lou, among other things,

is the president of the New York Veteran Police Association. He is also a radio host and has its own podcast, and a no nonsense veteran of the New York City Police Department. So I've been told and we're going to talk about him and with him right now. Lou Tolano, good evening. Welcome to the Nightcap. Thanks for coming on on with us. Oh, you quite welcome. And I just brought back some old memories when you were called jumping Jeff Walka so never and I listened to a couple of shows and

you actually, Jeff U I jumping, which is very interesting. You and your partner, amongst other things, got the nicknames the Lone Ranger in Tono because of your undercover work and five decades, over five decades and the new So where did the Lone Ranger and Tonto come from? What were you doing and how did that all come about? Lou Well, First of all, my late partner and I were in the sixties working under cover and playing clothes

and that era, the hippies or the yuppies. I just copy their style of long hair, dif different outfits and the leather headband, not realizing that I would resemble Tonto from the Long Range Tonto Jay Silver Hills, and we do resemble each other. The late actor who played the and my partner just fits Clayton Moore over six foot what was more sunglasses? We were in night court and the legal aid attorney because we were hiding the back because we worked

under cover. We didn't even want cops to know us that we were cops, and we stand in the background indiscreetly, and the illegal age wanted to expose our identity, and he asked the judge and he caused examined the person that we locked up, who was a drug dealer, and he said yes, and he pointed in the back of room the guy back there. Tonto and the news Daily News happened to be in the courtroom, and everyone said, those two guys are cops. My partner looked like a dirt bag,

which that was the idea. I looked like a crazy guy in the street because I was a bodybuilder and I wore like a leather vest and had the headband, I had hair down to my shoulders, and I had an ear agar. Nobody knew we were cops, so he exposed us. And then the news that happened to be in night court on a different particular different case, they surrounded us. So that night, I guess I might be nineteen

seventy. I'm going way back. We were at that point on we were nicknamed the long Range in Tonto. We after daily News article and then from there, talk shows, other NewsMedia newspapers interview with us, and we were fortunate enough when we got promoted. Then of course, now we're detectives. I gotta go back to my crew cut and things like that or short here, and then we were again we were very lucky to make some successful in

closing some high profile cases in the city. What do you think of what has happened to law enforcement in this country, particularly in New York City? And will the days of Alu Tolano? Are they on the return? Will they ever come back? Are we going to be stuck with this revolving door of justice and district attorney's attorney generals who do not prosecute, prosecute criminals and

cops who have hit their hands tied. I mean, the profession, as you know, lou is just shedding cops by the thousands around the country right now. Nobody wants to be a police and I can't really blame them. What do you think of what's going on at the present time? Well, you know, everything leads through were politics, as you know, Jess, and I was again. I wound up working for Rudy Giuliani, the for mayor city in New York, and I'm proud to say I was part of

the quality of life enhancement man. He appointed me after I finished all the cops stuff and things like that that my late partner I did. Uh, he appointed the name of Rudy Giuliani as chief of the Sheriff's Department the City of New York. I was so proud stand then on the corner of Rudy Giuliani for the Ah Street and uh On for the second Street and Eighth Avenue. Closed it down, and I'm gonna call them joints, which they were.

They were pawned. They were pedophilia places, the drug dealing. Uh, runaways, We're going to these the only way kids were going to these places. Rudy closed them down and he cleaned up Times Square, which wound up cleaning up the whole city of New York. Because back prior to Rudy, David Dinkins, the graffiti the police of that that were people that were adoying your driving your car. That was all gone. We're back to it

now. And the reason why I'm saying politics because everything starts from the top, is actually starting from Joe Biden all the way down to the City of New York or Chicago or Detroit or whatever. For some reason, we are electing anti law enforcement, anti everything pretty much mayors and governors. So to answer your question, Jeff, well, we got to go back to the Rudy Giulianni days. If we can. It's going to take I think I

will probably won't be around. I think it'll take another ten years. Oh you think it's going to be that Well, do you think it's going to be that long before the pendulum swings back lou throughout the country? Yes? Yes, Un. Let you get some individual or let you get a mayor and a governor that can work together together and depending on what we'll use against New York City? What was the governor? What was the crime unit that uh de Blasio eliminated? Do to plod was? What was that called?

Yeah? Okay, it was called well I was part of it. It was called anti crime. Yeh. Those are the two things that will help. You're right, good question. Uh, bring back the anti crime which they won't they won't. And stopping frisk. Now, stopping frisk somehow it became racial. So I don't know how it was racial. Nine out of ten people we stopped in my time either work on parole or wanted open cases or had guns or drugs. That's nice. Nine to ten people, right.

So, and now if you stopped some would say no, they had stopped them. Bring back the old anti crime and stop and frisk. Yeah, that was that would pretty much help. But you've got to have a main and the governor that and they consistent with it. You, you and your partner were actually the incident. This is what blew me away. I

didn't know this about lou Tolano in your old part. The inspiration behind Starsky and Hutch, which which one of you, which one of you did the roll across the front hood of the car, Well, well I had, you know, they changed it was my red car and I had. What they did was first of all a New York Times article to the frontage on my late partner and I and twentieth Century Fox had contacted us and that became

That was the beginning of the Sasky and Hutch. So people from the twentieth century Fox went out with us. Uh went and he drove around with us. They watched us make some arrests. I had the red car in my car was actually it was a cameo. Uh. They changed it, but it was okay. I had light sirens. I had a bar in the back seat, now the drinking bar, a bar where you can handcuff people

in the in the back seat. Uh, and then we'd be We hung out with twenty century Fox almost we did the Yela stuff and uh, yeah, sussekein Hutch was based on us, and we wind up Uh uh, it's free information. It's south there. We wind up taking them to court, putting a junction on it, and we made a settlement which we probably shunt up because who the hell knew would be such a great We didn't know would be a great show. They took two guys from New York, pretty

much Brooklyn, where we spent a lot of our years. Uh, changed our last names and put this in the different state. So we said, ah, this will never be a hint, so let's make let's settle out of court. Now we did, but meanwhile, it's yes, Jeff skin Hutch was based on me and John Seppie, my late ponder, what do you think is wrong? You talked about the politics of what's going on as

it pertains to public safety and policing and ensuring a civil society. What do you think people are Do you feel like there's some considered effort behind the scenes to elect and to fund the elections of these rogue das around the country, do you you know? But it is all political, But it seems like we're drifting farther and farther down the drain pipe of this political sewer in this

country. Any thoughts on that exactly? Well, you know, it's pretty much no secret people like George Sorels in the background uh funding funding these uh district attorneys prosecutors like Alvin Bragg in New York City. He hasn't met a criminal he didn't fall in love with. So uh, it's it's sad. And you know the difference that I see one of the safest places as far as being a target. Of course, don't say I burdened your robbery would

be the local bodega. Who would who would stick up a local bodega in Harlem uh Spanish Harlem Lower East Side? Who would do that? Now is coming? So when a local bodega, which is prime primarily minority, who was Now they are victims. So it's it's you know, when I when I on my show and thank you for mentioning it. I talked about the difference today is is that, Uh, throughout the country, you're not safe

in the street. You would not safe from your home. You're not safe on transportation obviously I'm referring to New York City subways, and Uh, you're not safe in your business. You know, it's it's everywhere you got. If you're home, you got to worry about home invasions. Home invasions. Uh it's qua jacking when you're on the road. Uh, to your New Yorker I mentioned the subways. Uh, just trying to get to work,

you're not safe. And then when you get to work, if you have a business, which you all know smashing grip, we feel, oh my god. I really don't know how they change the misdemeanor to felonies. It's like grant lost me under a certain amount. Uh they made that higher, you know, but this feeling we might not We twenty items that are worked

a million dollars in certain source and jewelry. When when billion dollar corporations like Target and Starbucks and you can just pluck anyone out of a hat you want are closing stores and closing stores and completely moving out of cities. Think about the effect on the mom and pop bodega or small store that cannot cannot survive. If the big billion dollar corporations can't survive, then there's no chance at all for the mom and pop. You know. I hate to say this.

We gave in. Yeah, but we gave in because and as a formal law enforce when you said fifty years, my fifty years includes New York City correction. That was the correction office. I walked to beat in the jail before I walked to beat in the streets. And then of course I became a cheaper police and I mentioned chief for the Sheriff's department. So that's over herefisent you. But it's just unbelievable. It's mind boggling to me. What's going on. We really got to get tough. That's really the bottom

of line. We have to get tough. Uh. Somehow your home used to be obvious. Someone comes into your home. The I'm just saying the expression they forced away in your homes, hurt you and your family, You could kill them. That's not true today, you know which you know what you see? Yeah, well, then there's there's the old. There's the old adage, I'd rather be judged by twelve than carried by six, Lou and I yes. And in states like in states like where I live.

I live in northern Kentucky, just across the river from Cincinnati, we have we have we have castle laws and stand your ground laws here, which are not the same in New York State where you are. Well, you know, we do have tough laws. Uh, they just don't They won't force them. They got to enforce the law. It's like it's like the border with the immigration laws. We've got all kinds of immigration laws on the books,

but they're not being allowed to enforce them. Lou, and we have have the chaos that we have, and we have the unvetted, unwashed coming into the country from all over the world simply because they won't enforce the law. Well, you know, again, thank you for mentioning. I'm the president of the New York Vetting and Police Association, the oldest, please,

the oldest paternal police organizations in the country. By the way, I got to say this, if you don't mind, the first law enforcement association organization to endorse Donald Trump. You know, if God blessed Donald Trump, God blessed Donald Trump. Yes, uh, I don't know what happened with that race. I think one of the answers would be, we're gonna make an analogy with Rudy Juliani bring back Donald Trump, and that ten years that I

mentioned might be ten months. I agree. It changed about that quick when Biden got into office, didn't it. Listen, Yeah, absolutely, Louis, thank you so much. He's the uh again, the man behind the show street Wise Award winning broadcast and podcast and also the president of the New York Veterans Police Association. Lou Tolanto until the next time, and I think we should make it the next time. I hope you will. I'll be glad. All right, pleasure, Jeff, welcome, Thank you, fantastic,

She obviously has been in the forefront if people are even talking about reasons to vote against Issue one between now and November

seventh. She is the executive director of Cincinnati Right to Life. Her name is Laura's Treatment, and it is our pleasure to have her on the show tonight to talk about the facts and the truth about what's going on with what some people seemingly think is a very confusing issue, ballot issue. I don't think there's any confusion at all. But then I don't live in Ohio, so I can't vote, but people are voting right now. Laura's Treatment, good evening, How are you? Thank you? Thank you so much for

having me today. In the wake of the Dobbs decision at the Supreme Court in twenty twenty two, last year, sam Alito authored the majority opinion which overturned Roe and also Casey. He wrote, we hold that Rowan Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by constitutional provision, including the one on which the defenders of

Rowan Casey now chiefly rely the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health a landmark decision addressing whether the Constitution protects the right

to an abortion. The Supreme Court reviewed the constitutionality of Mississippi's Gestational Age Act, a law banning most abortions after fifteen weeks of president's pregnancy, with exceptions for medical emergencies and fetal abnormalities, and the Court upheld missis Mississippi law and overturned Roe v. Wade nineteen seventy three and Planned Parenthood versus Casey in nineteen

ninety two. So it reverted back to the states. We all know what happened from that point on, and legislators, adhering to the wishes of their constituents in Ohio and other states, trying to enact more restrictive abortion laws. In twenty nineteen, Governor Dwine had signed in case Roe was ever overruled a law which is basically the fetal heartbeat law that says, if you can detect a fetal heartbeat, which is usually around six weeks of a pregnancy, then

abortion is not an answer. And Governor DeWine has come very firmly down on

voting no on Issue one, which is on the ballot law. As we just mentioned, everybody knows about this, but I wanted to talk to you about the realities of what's really at stake here, because you know what's at stake for the pro vote yes on Issue one side is taking away the right for an abortion industry to march through Ohio and continue to commit genocide infantaside up up until the moment of birth, which this language, as I understand it,

will do tell me what the current law in Ohio is regarding or abortion. Is it six weeks, is it twenty two weeks? Where are we at right now, Laura, great question today on you know in October right now, babies through twenty two weeks gestations are legally able to be dismembered, poisoned, be headed inside their mother's uterus. In Ohio, it is legal to perform an abortion up to twenty two weeks. Five weeks now twenty two

weeks. Yeah, it's basically five months, right, five months exactly right, about five months, a woman would be showing, she would be feeling, you know, fetal activity, her baby would be moving and kicking, and she is permitted to make that decision for any reason. She loses a

job, she has argument with her boyfriend or her husband. I've seen those things happen in my life with women that I know, and it is legal to then terminate the pregnancy and kill her preborn child through an abortion procedure, which is gruesome and dark more, especially when the baby is that large. But the reason that we do not have the sixth week ban when the detectable

heartbeat. We know a baby's heart starts beating eighteen to twenty two days after the baby has been conceived, but it's detectable by ultrasound around six weeks. So that is why it's the heartbeat law. As you stated, Governor DeWine signed the Heartbeat Bill into Heartbeat Law in April of twenty nineteen, and then with the fall of Row, our law was enacted because of the swift moves of Attorney General Dave Yost, who filed the motion in federal court to reenact

the heartbeat law in Ohio. So from the beginning of July last summer in twenty twenty until the middle of September, when an activist judge in Hamilton County Municipal Court he said there was a right to abortion in Ohio's constitution and he paused the heart beat law while the case would be heard in its finality. So during those two and a half months, there were no abortions on babies with detectable heartbeats. Let's remember the heart starts beating eighteen to twenty two days

after conception, but it's detectable at six weeks. So you know, there's good news last year because abortions were lowered down to eighteen thousand, four hundred and eighty eight from the year before where we had twenty one thousand, eight hundred and thirteen. And we believe those lives were saved during that pause of the heartbeat law last summer. So right now as we speak, though back

to back to jump, it's up to twenty two weeks in Ohio. The pro vote yes on issue war ads make people believe that abortion is already banned in Ohio and the only way a woman can get an abortion is to vote yes on Issue one, which is not the case. Correct. No, that is absolutely correct. Those lives, those are lies, and that's deceiving.

And over the weekend, in fact, a communications expert for Protect Women in Ohio, which Cincinnati Rights to Life is part of, that is a member of that group aiming to TOSI, had an article published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer calling out what lies those television commercials are. There's no truth to it. They confuse the voter and make people believe that there is no abortion in Ohio, and in fact, there is a lot of abortion in Ohio.

We have a large per capita abortion rate in Ohio, and it's just not true. But the other thing we also need to note where the commercial really scares and misleads women with the untruth, is that they say they're there is no miscarriage care or a topic pregnancy care unless we pass Issue one. That is not the case in Ohio or in any one of the fifty states. It's a scare tactic being used by the abortion industry. Let's remember it's

a for profit abortion industry and they're scaring people to vote their way. Yes, but we must vote no on November seven, because they make them believe that a woman would not be able to get that proper medical care. And that's just not true in Ohio or any other state. If a woman is tragically having a miscarriage, or if she has an atopic pregnancy, she will be treated by a physician at their office or in a hospital. That is law in Ohio and across America. Well, why in the world can they

get away with that blatant lie. When I was sitting with my wife the other night and saw the commercial and said, and it would allow for no treatment, but no medical treatment won a woman and suffers a miscarriage, There's like, there's no law on the books like that in Ohio right now, nor would there be. How can they get away with just just bull faced lies like that and nobody questions it in the media. That's a great question.

That's where we are in our country, and it's tragic, and you know, the blood of those babies are on the hands of the media who allows them to speak those mistruths. There's just not an ounce of truth in it. And again, if they're willing to do to the preborn what they do and try to rename it healthcare even though it's the same as putting its Obviously it's worse than putting pig on a lipstick and try to name that type

of gruesome procedure as healthcare and sell women. It's below a woman's dignity to be told that killing her preborn child is healthcare and they just get away with it over and over again. But again, we did have an article published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer over the weekend. I'll link that on Cincinnati Rights website. And then Gary John. We also need to look to our excellent

Attorney General Dave Yost, who did a legal analysis. He is not permitted to tell people how to vote, but he wrote a legal analysis of exactly what Issue one would do to the state of Ohio and all of the laws that we have in place to protect women and you know, provide safety provisions if they are getting an abortion procedure. And it's really important that Ohioans are informed and read this from the top lawyer in the state who tells us exactly

what Issue one is. He is not lying. Who is lying are the people that profit and make billions of dollars by human sacrifice, preborn child sacrifice. How in the world do they make money killing unborn babies, Laura, I've always wondered this, How is that a for profit business? And how does that work? Well, they sell women abortions, you know, they do not refer for adoption. I think it's less than one one thousands of

a percent of women that enter abortion clinics choose adoption. They don't present it as an equal opportunity. You know, you have three decisions when you're pregnant. You could either parents, you can make an adoption plan, which is a beautiful decision, or you can have an abortion up to twenty two weeks legally in Ohio. And I just think that it's a very dark industry and it's been around, as we know, Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood to get

rid of it. But Margaret Sanger, and this is another thing that people just don't realize. But if they just study the history and study the words of Margaret Sanger and the people who started Planned Parenthood, you know that this is a totally racist organization. It was done to eliminate black and brown babies, and then it has spread to just this mass infanticide all over the country that was constitutionally legal for fifty years. That's exactly right. How have we

done this to our nation? And to think of the sixty two million preborn children and half of those babies are black babies that were killed when only in Ohio thirteen percent of the women in our state are black or minority, but yet they receive fifty percent of the abortions because they are targeted and told them that their life has lesser value. And you know, whether people like to call themselves pro choice or pro life, I think that this is a statistic

we should all agree on. You know, preborn black lives matter too, not just black lives, and black women and men do not deserve to be so targeted with something so gruesome, and we all need to understand the history. Mary John Also, a lot of people don't realize that the Planned Parenthood in Cincinnati on Auburn Avenue was previously named the Margaret Sanger Center. And when they realized the history was being revealed to Americans and they understood why she founded

Planned Parenthood, they changed their name to Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio. But they cannot escape that legacy because they still kill tens of thousands of babies that are minority in our state. Gary Jeff Walker with Laura Streetman, the executive director of Cincinnati Right to Life, on Issue one. Now, let's look at the other side. What happens should Issue one pass and it's being so well funded, especially from out of state, the dork money and Planned parenthood.

What happens if Issue one passes, Well, all we know it's a self executing law and it would go into place immediately, and we know that just like an Michigan, we would probably mirror Michigan, and then the pro aborts would begin to dismantle the statutes in our Ohio Revised Codes Code that are there to protect women during an abortion procedure. For example, the ambulatory requirement the halls and abortion facilities must be wide enough for an ambulance stretcher to go

in. That law would be gone right now. In Ohio, we have a twenty four hour waiting period for a woman to get an abortion, and that is put in case she changes her mind, which women many times do. They flip flop day to day what they want to do. That would be gone. A woman could have an argument with her husband, or boyfriend

and walk in and have an abortion on demand. But what's really scary, also, every part of it is scary, but the law that would remove the parental notification, So a rapist or an abuser could walk a minor into an abortion facility in Ohio and pay for an abortion on demand, and that young woman would have an abortion and her parents wouldn't even know. We should all be frightened by that, the removal of parental notification. And you know,

we also would have abortion up to the moment of birth. There would be no resp congestational age, even though they tried to cloud the language and write it in a very crafty way that makes it seem as if there's limitations, but there's not. And our Attorney General interprets it and he tells us there is not a limit on abortion if Issue one would pass, so right up to thirty nine forty weeks, you know, full term, the baby

is ready to come out of the womb. It's almost as if the head is crowning and they're deciding to murder that baby who's viable in every single way. May God help us all, it's true, and this is what's at stake in Ohio, and why every listener you must vote no on Issue one, umber seventh, or even get to your Board of Elections early in your county and vote early so we can show out in force that ohioans or against this type of diabolical evil in the state of Ohio. This is not healthcare.

And today, as you stated, we have abortion up to twenty two weeks that would remain if Issue one loses. Let's talk about that. We would still have abortion up to twenty two weeks. We would still have a large amount of abortion in our state even if Issue one loses. But what they're trying to do is enshrine it up to the moment of birth. They want to be able to kill the bigger babies in Ohio. It's amazing you said, eighteen thousand plus abortions in Ohio last year, eighteen thousand, four

hundred and eighty eight, and every one of those babies matters. We need to think of this even in broader terms than just the statistics. Think of those children. Think of the fact that many of those children, maybe they were even multiples, and that they never got a chance to live in Ohio, our beautiful state, and experience life and if those babies. I know there were three hundred and forty two abortions in Ohio nineteen weeks and beyond in

twenty twenty two, and those babies felt pain. Those are very gruesome, painful late term abortions, and we would have tens of thousands of more of those if Issue one were to pass. Once I started opening up the career and the bio on this guy, I was more blown away than by the stories I'd heard to this point. And I'm looking for some more stories from the one and only Joey Reynolds, longtime radio show host, disc jockey, maybe the original shock jock, a guy who got suspended once for calling the mayor of dumb broad and his first words back when he got reinstated was I still think he's a dumb broad. I respect that, just the ability to stand behind your words. Joey Reynolds,

good evening and welcome to the Nightcap. Thank you. I'm sitting next to a woman driver, I'm in the car, I'm on the Long Island Expressway, and she is not liking the dumb broad comment. Well, then obviously she doesn't think that was very funny. You know, Well that's probably because she's not a dumb broad, Joey, That's what I would suggest. That's right, you got that right, That's exactly right. He's a smart broad. So Buffalo, Buffalo, New York, New York City at w w

NBC, w o r KQUV in Pittsburgh, Los Angeles. Hard for we only have fourteen minutes. You can't mention all the call letters. Oh my god, well just mentioning all the cities? Ate up a minute, Joey, why don't you start with the one have been fired from? You got a better shot, so well, how many? How many were you fired from? Joey? I don't know who counts. I never caught them. I'm just being funny. But is this a seven hundred club? This is this is? This is not well, it's a seven hundred station, it's

not the seven hundred club. But if you praise the Lord, I thought you're gonna I thought you're gonna ask me for money if you if you praise the Lord, I'll pass the ammunition. How about that? Oh yeah, what was that? Was that? Billy? What was her name? Billy Jean King? No? No, no, that's smart. Can you're talking about Tammy Faye Baker? Yeah? You know what? That was the PTL club? That was a PTL club? Do what that stands for? What? Pay the Lord? Pay the Lord? Well, you know what?

And to my understanding, that's not really necessary. But I also wanted to ask you in calling your personal number and getting your voicemail a couple of times. This story about g and I know that radio's best friend Art Volo had a birthday party. You were there at his house in Michigan, and you brought cheesecake. What is the fascination with cheesecake? And do you still make cheesecake, Joey? Okay, it's a very honest question. And I did

not bring cheesecake. Art took me to Costco and we bought the ingredients and I made five of them in his home. Okay. They were wonderful cheesecakes, their key lime and I usually I have a company that I started called Joey Reynolds Cheesecake because I wanted to be like Paul Newman when I grow up, which is to leave a charity behind me and not have to be known for my bad work on the radio anymore. Right, And the same thing happened with Jimmy Dean, except you know, he was the guy just after

he made those sausages, he just quit. But you know, I want to be known for having fed America. And I came up with this idea at church, speaking of the PTL and I and I mastered making the cheesecake. Because the food at church was so terrible. I said, we got to have some dessert that's not this bad with all the sugar and everything. So I went on and I used a lot of sugar and made something just as bad. So Joey Reynolds Cheesecakes, they're still there, they're still operating.

No no, So I made it. I made it at church, and then I stopped it for years, and I sold it at Bloomingdale's where I did a cooking demonstration. I'm from Buffalo, you know. I know you're gonna say, why can't Why can't you be from normal parents? But I had my mother and father in Buffalo, New York were very very good with food, and I learned how to cook when I was a kid for survival and it was a wonderful thing to have as a as an advocation.

But I hated chicken wings. And you know that's like almost being anti. That's sacriligious. In Buffalo, New York. Yes, oh my god, yeah, you know, we worshiped wings. As a matter of fact. I had a great thing, a great you know, I had a great radio show at one time, and when I was popular on the radio, I had done something that was remarkable. I had made a career out of

chicken wings and bowling. And you know, those are two things that people should not ever be famous for, unless unless, unless you're Dick Weber or Colonel Sanders. Yes, yeah, well I did do a commercial about the tomb of the unknown Bowler. That didn't work. Pretty well, that's hilarious. Now, I just found out something today in the research for this interview, Joey, that I did not know about you and about my career.

And here's that's how they intersect. And I'm not the only one, believe me, because this was a stunt that went all over the country long after you had perfected it. The four season song that you played over and over and over again and locked the studio door, played for over an hour. Station management, police, paramedics all show up just in case you're not alive

or there's something terribly wrong, And it was just a stunt. Now, every disc jockey after that point who had any kind of wanting to be on the map stole that bit. In nineteen eighty two, I'm twenty one years old in Chattanooga, Tennessee on KZY one six FM, thee hundred thousand watt station that's perennial number one, and I'm working ten to midnight, and they set it up for me. Here, Gary, Jeff, this is what we're gonna do. You're gonna play this new song and you're just let it

play over and over and over again and don't answer the phones. Act like the door is locked to the studio. So we did that whole bit with Jones Jets. I love rock and roll, and it was done in Cincinnati, I believe, with Billy Squire in this stroke in the eighties. But all of I didn't realize that all of this spawned from Joey Reynolds Thank You nineteen sixty six. Yep. So what song was? I'll tell you about it? Wait, wait, here's the hello. Yeah, let me just

tell you this all right. First of all, I did lock myself in the studio. I had two acetate discs. I did not have finished product. They came from a recording session with Bob Crewe, who was the producer of Sherry and the fourteeses were background singers. They were not featured artists. Okay, and he put a board on the floor and did that foot stomping, and he used a minimum amount of instruments at a basement hotel studio in

New York, and I was there. So when you get when you finish the recording session, usually you make a copy of it so you can know how to mix the song later, and that's what he did. He gave me two essetate copies, one for me to keep and another one to give to my friend who was the program director. I will get to that in a second. So I took both discs when I got back on a Monday

night. This was a Sunday recording session, and I had two turntables, and I went from one turntable to the next till I wore the discs out, So that was about twenty minutes, and then I made that a half hour and an hour and four hours until I was actually playing the felt on the turntable. I'd warned the disc out entirely, but the studio was locked. I was not answering phones, and so the people were all upset. They were wondering what's going on at the station, and it wasn't a common

in those days, so they called the police. The police came, they arrested me, and they had to turn the station over. Now, the reason I was able to get away with that because in any other station, you know, the program director would call, the manager would be there, the engineers would turn the equipment off, and he would be off the air. But the only reason I was able to do that is because my program director was Morton Downey Junior, and he was crazier than me. So you

know, you got a guy that allowed that to happen. So we both got arrested. Now, no, how can you get arrested for simply playing a song over and over again on the radio? What was the charge? Because the charge was that I was disrupting the community. And I'm living across the street from the governor of the state and his son was with me, Kevin Dempsey. He was Governor Dempsey's son. He was a fan, and he would walk across from the city dwelling, you know, where the residents

where the governor lives. And then it's the whole story. This just happened like I played a record and now when they put it on the on the Jersey Boys, I wasn't in the play, but I mean Frankie and I are best of friends, so I mean, we all know what I did. I started their career and uh, inadvertently, I didn't sit there and plan it. They were background singers and all of a sudden they became fort

round. That's what happened. Really. I've seen some bios of the Four Seasons and I knew that they were another name before they were the Four Seasons. Yeah, they're the Lovers or something. Yeah, that which they they didn't love each other. I don't know how the hell they told, so that name no doubt. You know, on the on the on the first album cover, I'm on the liner notes right on the back. The Sherry album is called Sherry, and uh, if Bob Kren and I were friends,

that's how it happened. It happened because of friendship with the producer. And he did other hits. You know, he had Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels and oh my god, he did so many songs. So I'm very I was always a friend of Bob's. I would always play as the records. I didn't never take payola. You know, I was a fool. My father called me a schmuck, So I mean we're What was the problem you said they they didn't even love each other. What was the problem

was was Frankie the problem? Was Gaudio the problem? What was the problem that was that would be like this is like TMZ. No, they were they were not. They were not wanting to be the foreground. They were not in the front. They were background musicians, gotcha and and harmony. They did the harmony in the back. And Frankie's voice was the high end and Nikki was the low end. And and Bob Gaudio played the keyboard. He didn't sing right right, Yeah, he didn't have that talent, you

know. And Tommy played guitar. Tommy DeVito was was actually put the deal together, and that's who they argued with. I mean, I traveled with them. My way of getting paid from them was in the summertime. I took a coup four weeks off and I went on the road with them, and they paid me for him seeing the show. That's my idea of how

I got my payoffs. And Frankie did a theme song for me as Big Girls became Big Girls Don't Cry, which actually was recorded in London with the London Symphony and Bob's friend was Lione o'bart who wrote Oliver on Broadway, and I stayed in the house with Andrew Lou Goldham who was living with Mary Anne Faithful, and she wasn't very faithful at all. And I traveled, you

know, I mean, I was traveling in that circuit. So you know, when you're a disc shockey and you have all these privileges, you usually have a pretty good fix on the artists. And they all love us because we make them famous. You know, there isn't anybody in this career of mine that has been a bigger fan and more of a promoter than the promotion men. They would go round to the city and they would bring the records to get them played. But the public doesn't even know we had them.

They know we had them. There were guys that were on the road like salesmen, and they would bring the records to the program director or to the disc jockey and they would say, Okay, you got to play this. It's a big hitting hard for it's wonderful, it's doing great in LA and then we would get sucked into it. Well, they just start playing the record. It became a see local radio was so good and wul W was

a Kingdom local radio. My god, probably still And you know, uh that is that the station that had the five hundred thousand wats yees at one time had a five hundred thousand WAT transmitter. It was allowed to operate actually before World War Two and never never has been fired up again. But yes, had a half million WANT transmitter AM transmitter. Wow, you could pick

that up on your you could pick it up on your toaster. Well, there were people who were picking it up in their toilets near the tower. There's no questions. Well, you know, I love your show, and I think you do a great job. And you've been a very very powerful, big name DJ for a lot of years. So don't you start acting like I'm more. I was a bigger name than anybody. You were just up there with the rest of us. You were another slave to the artists,

and we love them. I can't believe another one of those guys. I can't believe that you had a chance or a chance to bring the Beatles to Buffalo the night after they had appeared on Ed Sullivan in February of nineteen sixty four. Yeah, that's because I was friends with Sid Bernstein, who promoted them and brought them to the US and the seats at Chase Stadium were five dollars. Who's so who didn't know what they were doing? Oh gosh, well, I tell you what this is one. I know you did

a two part interview with Oprah once. I don't know if you'll be up for joining me again at some point in the future, but we got a lot more ground to cover. Oh any time. And you know what when I get back on the air again, because you know, you never give this up. You give it up for I gave it up for lent, but I forgot lent is over right, you know when you when you have this in your blood. Uh. Somebody's talking to me going back in the

air that a lot of people do that. But I don't want to do politics, and I don't want to answer phones, so I'm the wrong guy for that. And they don't want us to play records anymore, and they don't want us to sit there and just tall like we're doing now easily. But you you're doing it. And I want to be able to do this nationally again. And when I do that, you're going to be my first

guest. Oh fantastic. Well, Joey it's the only time that I feel normal when I'm on the air, So I know exactly what you mean about it. It's in our I don't listen. I'm going to flatter you. I don't care whether you like it or not. You can edit this out of this recording if you're recording. But you are a great jock and your great personality, and that you have a wonderful heart and you have a big, big heart. You're serving your family and your community. Well it should

be said. Really, good man, God bless you, Joey, thank you so much. We're out. Joey Reynolds, the great Joey Reynolds saying nice things about me that I did not pay him for. The nightcap continues in moments on seven hundred WLW. Now you can relive the season on seven

hundred WLW. I'm Gary Jeff Walker. I will be guiding you around in this next half hour with one of our favorite guests of all time, a lady who I first came to know as someone who was spouting off and you know what, that hasn't changed over the years, because she still is and tonight she's gonna spout off with us. A talk show host a thinker, a patriot. Karen Catalene joins in on the nightcap, how you doing kk, I'm doing good, I might add, my husband would add a royal

in the Bluemen. I got a friend of mine and I know he and his wife, and I'll always ask him. Usually it's hit the bar. I'll say, Hey, Kyle has nicoles meaner than a rattlesnake. That's funny. Always that's how he always responds when I ask how his wife is doing. So I understand. So we'll start. We'll start in the lighthearted front, real real quickly, with some borrowed material from the UH from one of

my favorite websites, the Babylon Bee. We've talked about this before, and the latest headline here are the only twenty times it's it's acceptable for a man to cry. They start with when you're a soldier in the Civil War and your leg gets blown off by a cannonball. It's okay. Here's sure though, he's it's okay to cry. Here's here's something that a lot of men will relate to. When you manage to mow your lawn in perfectly straight diagonal

lines. Uh, and see you gotta you gotta have the mowing jine. Rest of the punchline, You've got to understand the mowing gene. A perfectly mowed lawn for a man who is doing it is is something that can bring a lot of men to tears. Oh, out of happiness. Yes, that's right, that's right. When a when a toddler just performed a double knee drop from the arm of the couch onto your groin, it's okay to cry. My dog does that, but for different reasons. Yep, he

jumps on my lap and he just doesn't know his size. He doesn't understand that we have bones. And yes, exactly at the Vietnam World War II memorials, I would agree that's that's definitely permissible. If for a man to

cry, yeah, and there was there was something. This is one this I'll end with this because this is funny, that part in the Notebook when Ali comes back to Noah for just a few fleeting moments and everything's back to normal for far too short a time, and then Ali relapses and then they die holding hands. Ha ha, just kidding. This one was a test. If you cried during the Notebook, you are gay. I love that. That is a certifiable chick flick, no doubt about it. So soul.

Should Kevin McCarthy be ousted from his speakership, they certain they certainly are looking like they're they're poised to do it. Do you think it'll happen? I would be shocked if it did. I mean, look at how hard they they work to keep them in there. Right now, all of a sudden, I think they're going to go after Matt Gates more than they'll go after Kevin McCarthy. Then I'm lousy of telling the future, so I don't know. There you go. We can all read the tea leaves, just

it's different tea sometimes. Uh, it's such a show, isn't it? Every show? Everything for our consumption, we're being fed. I have a new verb for you, two hoaxed. It's not just a hoax, it's two hoax. It is an active verb, like, for example, the entire Republican debate, in my opinion, is a hoax. Oh, it's ridiculous. It's a bizarre little hoax, and but it is. It is an ongoing hoax. May I just sort of wax philosopha? Absolutely, that's

what you're here for. Okay, goohead well, I had to write this out because it was a little bit convoluted or intricate, or whatever three syllable word you want to convo alude to. That's for syllable word. I think what bothers me most about the debates, for example, is that the establishment and the elites are pretending that there is wide opposition to Trump on the right and overtly promoting opposition to Trump also while pretending there is no opposition to Biden

on the left and overtly suppressing that. That's what bothers me. It is not real. It is a hoax. Well, just as the whole government shutdown was a hoax all yeah, and the lead up to it. Yeah. I was talking about this yesterday, I said in for Willy on the

Bill Cunningham Show here. But I was talking about this obvious political theater, and the can kickers keep on doing it and trying to convince the American people that they're just working as hard as they can to keep the government functioning and to work for us and to effectively be stewards of our tax dollars, and then they pull this sun every single time at the end of every fiscal year. It's you're getting ready to drop off the cliff, and they wait until

midnight, until it strikes midnight. Sometimes, you know, they do this hoax shutdown of the federal government, which, by the way, do they ever talk about how they're not going to get paid, The senators and the House members are not going to get paid with the government shutdown? They never talk about that. They talk about the TSA, They talk about bus service,

they talk about I mean for kids and parents. They talk about things that they think we're going to care about, keeping the national parks open and all these other myriad of things, any like Obama did in trying to let us know how desperate we need the government, you know, to keep a public park open. It says if Hollywood wrote this script every year, isn't it? It says if Hollywood wrote it? But the fact that people keep

buying it is what's amazing to me. Yeah, And you know what, how do we know people are buying it when the media, which lies and as part of the hoax, wants us to believe that the public is more gullible than they actually are. I would submit that the biggest reason for the government shutdown every year is to try to drum into people's heads that we desperately need the government now spritly. We must have them, and life will be

miserable without them. Most people who have watched this government and many others down through the years, and you know what about, like Will Rogers said it one hundred years ago, are cheering in hopes that the government would shut down for a day. But they never do They never ever do well. They never leave us alone, is what it is. And they don't want to leave us alone. And the giant, bloated bureaucracies, the obese bureaucracies that

are a part of our government. And these unelected appointed people in the Department of Education never feel any kind of never feel any kind of pain from a possible government shut down. They keep these obsolete, unnecessary agencies open. They're never threatened with well, the Department of Energy will shut down tonight at midnight if the government is not fully funded by Congress or with a continuing resolution,

And of course that never happens. All of the things that are really really useless and shouldn't be there in the first place, they go on operating and functioning just as they had before. Every time they're called essential they're not essential. The most worthless of government agencies the ones that are called essential, right, that's part of the homes. It's a burb. Yeah, the Department

of Transportation. I mean we had a fully functioning, fully funded Department of Transportation when when the train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio and polluted an entire town and surrounding neighborhoods, and you know it took a pothole, Pete how long to just get out there? And Joe Biden ever actually never showed up when they were These people were clamoring and worried about the health of them and their children and their town. But the Department of Transportation, which oversees such

things, was totally useless. And it was a great It was a great chance for people to have the spotlight shined on how app absolutely useless these government agencies and departments are touchet and where were Where was the left? That was such an atrocity. It's it was Taylor made for the flagship issue for the

left right, the environment, you know, keeping things safe. Remember that weird movie which I don't know if I saw all of with with Julia Roberts, where she played that person environmental stuff, right, this is their issue, and yet that's said, thank you very much for my little brains urb there. And yet they ignored it completely. They and the media ignored it completely. You would have thought that they would have been jumping up and down.

Same thing with the fires in Hawaii. Yes, that's an environmental disaster. And these environmental disasters by the environmental activists suddenly don't seem to care. May I make another example? Yes? Please? Where is Cindy Sheehan on the Ukrainian War? It's an excellent question. Any heard anybody heard from her? At all? We I mean all of it. She was camping out on George W. Bush's doorstep. And believe me, I have absolutely no love for George W. Bush or the Bushes in general. They have been

exposed to be the turn coats that they really always were. The radical left was more right about them than they knew. Now suddenly there isn't one anti war activist. In fact, all of a sudden, the Democrat Party are war activists. How did that happen? Well, because Vladimir Putin is the most evil person ever ever on the face of the earth, and he must be defeated at any cost, and the cost is coming from all of us. It is. It's the same, it's the same industrial military complex that

Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us about because he saw it coming. That was another conspiracy theory that came true, wasn't it. Oh yeah, No, used to say, uh, you know, he was kind of a conspiracy theorist, but maybe he wasn't. No, no, he was not. And I wish somebody would have warned us about the pharmaceutical medical industrial complex. Well do you remember once upon a time, not that many years ago,

when the left was talking about big pharma. They were, in fact, they were talking about remember this, this seems like ancient history when the left was screaming and jumping up and down about how the big box stores were eating up the mom and pop uh stores, and they hated Walmart until they didn't. They hated all the big box stars until they didn't. They were jumping up and down. This is my favorite one about keeping America beautiful and littering

and the environment. Now it's partically an encouraged to jump up on the street, crash your city, and poop on the sidewalk. You kind of broke up there, your your phone signal kind of broke up. Oh sorry, that's okay. It was so good. Well, we'll say it perfectly, say it again, Say it again. It's perfectly okay to trash your city, live in a tent, destroy the city, and poop on the sidewalk. The poop on the sidewalk was the coup de gras. That's what I

was waiting for. Ah, So anyway, you're right, You're absolutely right, and that's okay. It was okay while you know they were they're trying to force everybody in America to wear masks to protect us against something that masks didn't protect you from. But when the Antiva and the Black Lives Matter protesters were burning cities and rioting and they weren't wearing masks, it was it was

for a greater cause. So it's okay, Well, except that they gave them cover to wear masks, because, after all, who is it that traditionally have always worn masks in society, even back to the Old West when they used to ban down over their criminals, its chrominals didn't want to be identified. So you know, everything is upside down and backwards today. And

I think among those things that are upside and down and backwards. Is the fact that a greater and greater number of people aren't and understanding what's going on. That doesn't mean everybody, It's never everybody, but the illusion, I'm just starting to realize this, the illusion that the public is going along with this and these dictators are not governing against the will of the people, is

getting harder and harder to justify. You can talk to just almost anybody except the people that fancy themselves fair minded because they watch MSNBC and Fox News at the same time, or they watch them both so they think, oh, well, I'm an independence I got both sides of the story. But in fact I think people are watching this. That doesn't mean it's going to turn

around by that alone. But have you ever in your life seen anything more brazenly unfair as using law fair to quadruplely indict your political opponent and keep him off the ballot? As Tucker Carlson said, that's the whole plan. Even if it's the dumbest case in the world, which they are, it won't matter because you know, it's it's a great paradox. None of this world, none of this, none of this is about putting Donald Trump in jail.

This is about keeping off the campaign trail and bankrupting him if they can bankrupt him, but also smearing him and making sure and keeping him off the ballot. And people who think that's not their intent should realize that there are people activists in many of the states already mostly leftist states, sadly like Colorado, in which people are working to do just that to keep him off the

ballot. Now, mind you, he hasn't been convicted of anything, but they're already being proactive to keep them off the ballot with the wrap around smear that they already created, which was in dynament, so they could say, see, he's indicted, he doesn't need to be on the ballot. I mean unless yeah, go ahead, go ahead, finish, finish, Okay, unless you are mentally ill, you would have to find a way to

justify what I just said that that's perfectly legit. Go ahead. Well, it was nice to see the Supreme Court just kind of saying, no, we're not going to hear this case filed by Castro who was trying to keep Donald Trump off the ballot in New Hampshire. Uh that happened yesterday, So,

uh, there's still there's still the Supreme Court. Thank god. You know Gary Jeff, It's just astonishing that they can charge their political opponent with election interference while they go about interfering that's an election, Yes, I know. I mean, if it weren't so sad, it would be hilarious. Well, let's Karen. Let's close with this. Karen Catley, our guest on the Nightcap again, thank you, dear. You mentioned the word dictator

earlier. Is that a misshapen potato. I'm glad I gave you an opportunity to do that one. Okay, thanks babe, love you, Thank you. Take care. It's Karen Kataline with us on the Nightcap on seven hundred

w wel W. In this week's Marketers Report. Raja Menar, chief Marketing and Communications Officer of MasterCard, talks about measurement and we close out this nightcap another previously aired interview actually from last week, just in case it didn't get podcast a chance to hear law enforcement expert Michael Lets one more time into another

hour of this nightcap on Tuesday night, seven hundred WLW. Garry Jeff Walker sitting down checking in for another hour and up next is the founder, president and CEO of Invest USA and national grassroots nonprofit org that is helping hundreds of communities provide thousands of bulletproof vests for their police forces, educational public relations,

sponsorship fundraising programs. He has over thirty years in law enforcement and his pro police stance for his brothers and sisters in blue is unqualified, and I mean there's no question about where Michael Lets stands. Michael Let's good evening. How are you. I'm doing great. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

It's always approving to be on your show. Always a great thing to have you, Mike, because of your experience, and you know how this hamas Tack attack on Israel as really unprecedented, not since the Holocaust, have as many Jews been killed in mass and have been suffering at the hands of a terrorist organization right across their border. And that little tiny piece of land in the Middle East that the Jews call the Promised Land that is their home.

And Hamas, which is a terrorist organization obviously funded, financed, and planned by Iran. No matter what the administration says, we know this. In fact, Hamas admits it, Hesbala admits it. Yeah, Iran has given us the money, they're giving us the information that we need and the planning we need to pull off something like this. And Israel's defense usually has has had a pretty good track record, Michael, but since they're surrounded by people

that hate them and want them wiped off the map. But this has gone on a step further. And now we're talking about two thousand US troops being deployed for humanitarian reasons or as advisors. We've seen that story before in this country, Vietnam, YEP does Indeed, how do we and and how do these people? Here's the problem. Yes, there are innocent Palestinians just like they are is innocent to Israelis and Jews. But the Palestinians elected Hamas to

carry their banner to represent them. So you know, back to the old line, elections have consequences. Well, well, guys, you're kind of getting what you ask for when you when you supported Hamas to take over your country in two thousand and six, or your fledgling country or you want to be country. And this is also an area, Michael, where no one else. Have you heard any calls from Syria, from Jordan, from Egypt, from Saudi Arabia, you know, we'll take the Palestinians in in this

time of need. No, And there's actually a debate in this country about letting as many as one million of these people in as refugees. The whole thing's a mess, and basically it's been cooked by a mainstream media that loves the Palestinians but hates Israel for some reason. You've got these college professors who were teaching kids and doctrinating kids to hate Israel and to support the free Palestine. This is not about free Palestine anymore, is it. It's about homogy.

Tell me, talk to me. Yeah, you are exacted, right, It's about a moss. It's about this whole left ideology, communistic democratic ideology that has one goal in mind, and that is conquest. They want to control America, they want to control Israel. They want to tell you what to think, and if you don't think, then they want to castigate or point you Ford, ban you Ford. So that's what it's always been about. That's what's about right now with Hamas. Iran is determined to make

a world qualified and to impose Islamic beliefs all across the world. And because of that, they resent the Jews. They resent Israel for not capitulating to that, and so they have determined to take them off the face of the earth. And guess who else they can't stand us, the United States of America. So they're setting the stage. This is a precursor. And the reason why I say it's a precursor is because of the fact that this administration,

the Body administration and the Obama administration set the stage. It's a couple of things that have to happen for you to be successful when the terrorists are what we called guerrilla warfare. First thing, you have to have personnel. Well, Hamas has plenty of them because Iran funds them. In other words, here's how it works with Hamas. If you're willing to fight for them. They guarantee you that if something happens to you, your family will be

taking care of for life. They will have a stipend. They have a fund set up for that. Ain't guesser whose tax dollars happen to good to help fund that fund? Ours do? Course, Biden administration doesn't want to tell you about that. So they've got plenty of personnel. Same parallel with America. We have COVID borders. You've got tens of thousands of illegal immigrants who are on the terrorist watch list across into this country. They're all over

the country. They tell you that we don't know where they but trust me, we've better tell just we know where they're at. But they're ready to poise and strike at any point in time, just as they did with Hamas at Israel. Second thing that takes it takes money. Well, guess what, once again, uncle Sam the biding the minute six billion dollars toever you're ride, among other things. And so there's plenty of cash there to be able to stage these kind of operations. Third and final thing you need,

you need armaments. Well, once again here we go, this administration make sure that that was capable by leaving eighty six billion behind in Afghanistan, which have shown up now in Hamas. And then also it wasn't just the armaments we left in Afghanistan, because we didn't leave missiles and rockets in Afghanistan. So we you sure are funneling those through the Ukraine. Well guess what when

we had on them to Ukraine? We have no accountability, We have no tracking, So the meant they leave American chores, we have no idea whether they're going to Ukraine. Some of the we're going to Ukraine did begin to turn up now in the Gazzas shrip. So they've got everything they need. How did that translate to the US? Well, we've got personnel here now from open borders. I will assure you that they can get people across, they can get armaments across. Now, there's plenty of cash come up from

our ants. So don't be surprised, see that America's next on the way. It is this thought a matter of if it's well, Michael Letz, and it's not just the six billion dollars that they unfroze in the hostage swap deal, which was ridiculous, but and the administration says that money. They don't have access to that money yet. We can refreeze it at any time, but that doesn't matter. It means they know they've got it coming, so they can spend the resources they do have to manifest this terrorism, in

this murder in mayhem all over the world. Plus the Biden administration's energy policy limiting American production of the own natural resources that we have in spades, and and propping up Iran's oil. Iran during the Biden administration, in just two and a half years, Iran went from struggling as an economy with all their oil reserves and to now being enriched like they never have been in modern times

because of their oil production. They've they've gone from about fifteen billion dollars during the Trump administration that they earned an oil money to almost eighty billion dollars two and a half years later. They got plenty of money to finance this mayhem all over the world, with or without the six billion, with or without the six billion exactly, you know, so you get back to this particular premise. So yes, it ran through his network through Hamas has will Isis

and all is the tip of the Iceberg Spirhader movement. But it's America that's enabling it. Yep. Our own government is working against his citizens, and it's time that we as Americans wake up and say, you know what, we're just typically not tolerated anymore. People ask me all over the country in the last week, what can we do? I say, the first thing we need to do is we will not comply anymore. Here's what I mean

by that. We could tell our governors on the southern states, especially the Republican ones, we're going to go ahead and finish fielding the mall, and we're going to make sure that no other illegal immigrants come into this country. If you don't like it, federal government, shove it, come do something

about it. We are no longer going to comply with your unconstitutional mandis because that's the first thing the Constitution requires out of the federal government is to preserve and protect a union and protect the people there in and they have advocated that role, and so we're going to go ahead and step up and make sure that we do it instead. That's the first thing we've got to do. We have to make sure we support our first respondents as well. The Constitution

calls for the federal government to do two things. Provide for the common defense and promote the general welfare, not provide welfare. Promote the general welfare. You provide the common defense of our country, that means our borders, you uphold the laws that are already on the books. And as far as promoting the general welfare, you make sure that you've got a stable economy and currency so everyone has the chance to flourish. It's it couldn't be more simple.

But the government, if the federal government is involved in the Department of Education, the Department of Homeland Security, and all these other things that have nothing to do with the constitutional requirements of what the federal government is supposed to be doing, Michael, And if they just do those two things, and those

two things only not relocate Albanian beavers from one place to another. But no, no, if they just provide for the common defense of this country and promote the general welfare, which means being a solvent government, then we're all good. But they're not doing either one of those things right now. And you mentioned the southern border. How many Hamas terrorists do you think have come across that southern border in the last three four months. Do you have any

idea, Do anybody have any idea I could go of this? This is document documented now. Just yesterday, over the last two days, we picked up four Iranians that are on the terrast watch lists trying to cross This is

the one day. This was yesterday. This is not you know, and remember you have to understand we pick up about ten to twenty percent of the people that actually, yeah, we have no idea who's gotten away, who's slipped under the cover of darkness through us an open border and with the intent of just waiting their time, biding their time and coming to attack us in

another nine to eleven style. You're exactly right, of course that of the aliens were pushing hard is we're saying that not only do we need to close the border, but I know this sounds like a call order. It is, but it can be accomplished. We have got to locate and bring back every illegal immigrants. And the reason why is we're not being harsh. We have a vegitity of them. We have no idea whether they're terrorists, whether

they're criminals, or whether they're great people. But we need to find out and I guarantee you those that are virus and our criminals to immediately deported, sent back under guard. For that matter. In America's great wave of immigration in the late nineteenth century early twentieth century, there was a common choke point.

It was Ellis Island, and they everybody who was coming here from somewhere else had to pass through those gates, and many times, you know, they waited for six weeks and then they still were turned away because they did not fit the requirements of what we needed in the country from immigration. The people that are coming through the southern border are Chinese military age, Chinese men. They are from them. There are Iranians, there are people from the

Middle East. This is not about us being hard hearted or racist against people from Central America or Southern or South America. This is about the whole world being welcomed in to a porous border and then spreading out throughout the country. It's scary as hell, oh it is. It is to art in minds. This is what I would tell folks across the country. You were horrified

by what you saw hamas due to innocent civilians. And by the way, these idiots across our country that are saying, oh, Hamas is just fighting for freedom. You don't fight and kill innocent civilians and children for freedom. That's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard of. If they are horrified at what the images they saw, that's nothing compared to what they want to do this country and their intent on doing it unless we decide to do something about

it. And I can tell you the federal government has advocated its responsibilities and unless we step up to the plate, we're next provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare of this country, not other countries. And you got to keep your guard up at all times. But we've let it down with the last minute or so we got Michael Letz tell me about invest USA real quick. Well, a couple of things they need to be mentioned is, of course, you know, we started thirty years ago to make sure

every officer had a bulletproof vest. Now we're making sure they have active shoot a vests because they have to stop prival rounds as well, because that's what the criminal element is using to ambush and assassinate our law enforcement officers. And interesting, just in the last few days, we've had requests from IDF in Israel. Of course, our position has been everything that we provide as for

American officers. However, if there is a group who want to support Israel, we'll be happy to and raise money, We'll be happy to invest over there. Shockingly, it's an outburn. There are people bugging us every thirty seconds to make sure that we get best over to Israel, and we're certainly willing to get into the free and make sure that that country gets defended. Michael Letz, thank you so much for being a part of the show again and I hope to talk to you soon if you have time, we'll look

forward to it. God bless you, God bless America. God bless you. Michael lets from invest USA on a continuing and just chaotic life that we're living these days in the world and what we can do about it. A breaking back. This is the Nightcap. On seven hundred WLW seventeen seventy three, to protest the te Act, the Sons of Liberty threw an entire shipment

of tea into Boston heart It was called the Boston Tea Party. Years later came the Boston Wedding Party, protesting a marriage tax, where brides and grooms were thrown into the Bays. You'll hear another great American moment when you listen to Bill Cunningham tomorrow at twelve noon on seven hundred WLW. Now you
