This weeks podcast we jump back to nutrition and talk about how intermittent fasting, or time restricted feeding, can effect muscle gain or if it does. This was a cool study but also made us want more. Keeping with nutrition we also talk about our food prep tips and what we do as far as meal prepping. This weeks workout comes from an old guest and former super bowl camp, its called Patriot.

A lot of people think you can only do on thing at a time and only focus on one area but that is not sure, that is why we do whats called concurrent training.
