Episode description

On episode 197 of the Gaming Meal Podcast, Manny, Erick and Cesar go over this week's appetizers (gaming news) where we are having tapas! We picked more topics than usual is all that means… We talk about Firewalk Studios officially closing down, Capcom releases some interesting sales statistics, Ubisoft releases an NFT game, World of Warcraft has a $90 mount, Nintendo releases a music app, and a review round-up covering a lot of recent releases like Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Mario Party Jamboree.

For our main topic, we flip around last week’s episode and talk about common features that we think are over-appreciated and unwanted. Features that are generally pretty common and we think should not be in games any more. They can be frustrating and are no longer gimmicks that we find fun. At the very least, they need to be greatly overhauled to become fun, fresh or worth implementing.
