Unable to Feel Anger About the Man Who Abused Me

I never felt anger towards my abuser for some reason. My parents felt anger I guess I was able to channel that anger into a creative outlet, like video games, this wasn’t always a good thing. Making Sharing Your Story with Abuse Easier

Let's start off by saying sharing anything personal especially with abuse is not an easy thing to do. However, sharing your story with abuse is important. These are three things I did in order to make it EASIER keyword being easier, it was not easy for me to speak up or share with others. Sometimes I would think about sharing for hours before I would tell a friend...but the more I did share the easier it would get to share with total strangers...and finally my own parents.

People all around us are abused and stay quiet because they feel they are alone and no one will listen, or believe them.
