016: A Loser Nerd With A Bowl Cut

This week we are “Logging On” with some big topics on Gamer Friends, including Animal Crossing coming to Switch, NBA 2K’s microtransactions, Call of Duty killing PUBG (maybe?), and the incoming Sony Classic console.

“These Past Two Weeks in Nerdom,” we’re chatting about the new Captain Marvel trailer (while trying not to speak too much on it), Marvel’s rumored limited series TV shows for secondary MCU characters, Iron Fist season 2, and the mess that is the DCEU.

Finally, on “The Homescreen,” we dive into Forza Horizon 4’s demo and give some quick updates on Destiny 2. After the break we’re heading into “Party Chat” with a new friend of the show Jen, our resident Spidey expert, to talk about the politics of the new Spider-Man game and superheroes in general.
