Constable Madison Sperry of the Harris County Constable Precinct One in Texas has not one, but two, K9’s. Her story starts with horses, but when she ends us working for Kristi Schiller and K9s4Cops, her world changes. Her personal protection K9 Quelle is the star of the show. Lip synching to ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ has garnered over 70 million views. Her community outreach and dedication to law enforcement are clearly on display in this interview.
