In this episode, join Jane and I to learn 7 easy steps to move to a more plant based diet! Jane is a blogger and indie author. She's in her seventies and is passionate about living well, eating well and exercising. In the last year she had a deadlift max of 77.5 kg (170 lbs). She's an ethical vegan who loves life. It wasn't always like this - in her twenties she drank a quarter of a bottle of whisky a day, smoked 40+ cigarettes and lived on toast, marmalade, orange juice, coffee and chocolate. This year she has published two books on weight loss: "190 Weight Loss Hacks: What the Evidence Says" and "Menopause Weight Loss". Both books offer practical advice based on the scientific research.
