And welcome to the GAIN THE PASSION Podcast! Now, you're thinking to yourself, did I get this wrong? And the answer is yes, and no. We are no longer the SUCCESS Coaching Podcast and Kelley will tell us why we are not. Kelley?
Well, it's the exact same guests, exact same format, nothing has changed there, you guys we changed the name simply because we wanted to have a little bit more control over the brand. And, you know, quite frankly, the guests that we bring on, and I like to drop the occasional F bomb. And I wasn't allowed to do that, because Todd just kept editing them all out. My guests can attest, our guests can attest to that. So you might hear a few more swear words, a little bit more passion behind the
language. But ultimately, nothing has changed, really, but the name, format remains the same. Alyssa, what do you got to say about this?
I'm excited about the change. I'm excited about having a little bit more freedom, bringing guests on that we choose. And I mean, everyone knows that I never drop a cuss word. So that really was not a concern of mine yet, I think we're going to have continue to have some pretty amazing guests. And we can dive really deep into some topics that maybe we couldn't before.
Also, why do you think people should continue listening to the podcast?
Because everyone loves a good success story, but not everyone is willing to tell the tale of how they got there. And it's really cool hearing about the achievements, but I don't know about my audience, I really like to hear about the crap that they went through, the pitfalls, the failures. And as coaches, all of us three are coaches, we like helping people through those pitfalls and through the fires and, and
putting out the flames. And I think no growth on on any point comes from just hearing about what's good. So this podcast really gives you insight into what it takes to be successful. And sometimes for those people who are in the weeds right now, or treading mud, feeling like they're never going to get out of it, there could be an episode that gives you that insight of okay, this isn't just me, I'm not a failure, this person did this. And now they're here so I can to,
What I love about it is that the passion really comes through in the interviews and people we've talked with in the past, in order to get to where they are, they had to be passionate about whatever they were doing. So you can be interested. Yet, in order to have success in life, you must be passionate about whatever you're doing. And so I believe GAIN THE PASSION is not only going to help us, it's going to also help our listeners figure out exactly number one, what are
they passionate about? Number two, are they interested in being passionate about it? Are they truly passionate about doing whatever it takes to get to the success they desire to have?
Yeah, and ultimately, you know, the, the successful people that we've talked to, that we've coached, you know, there's there's certain things that remain true. And that is commitment and execution. Right. And so, you know, a vision without those two components is nothing more than
just a nightmare. And so that's, you know, to echo Alyssa's point, talking to very successful people that have, you know, traveled through muddy, muddy, muddy waters to get to where they're at, and it's mostly because of their commitment, and mostly because of their execution on on the vision that they had for
themselves in their lives. So, again, the format hasn't changed everyone, we're just going to continue to bring you guys the best and the brightest thought leaders and experts and you know, have a have a conversation about their journey. That's what I'm most excited about.
