People's Party of Florida v. Florida Department of State (2022)

Hey, y'all! Over the summer of 2022, the Florida chapter of Movement for a People's Party attempted to run the party's first ever political candidate. However, they were denied by the Florida Division of Elections. This kicked off a few months of legal nonsense and you bet we're here for it.
