This series is informed by my lived experience – and is offered as guide on going through life in the most humanistic way.  Leaving a toxic work environment can be difficult.   When you do finally leave you need to do so in a manner which protects your integrity and honors you. This may remove  any opportunity for someone else to define your character.    

Exiting gracefully is about owning your own narrative, so you can always look back with pride and not shame at your own conduct.
