Howard Foundation, a non-profit focused on promoting diversity in the media industry; Roberta Caploe, the Publisher of Cynopsis Media, which include various trade publications covering the industry; E.B. Moss, Managing Editor at MediaVillage.com, publisher of B2B thought-leadership commentaries and content; and Thomas Umstead, journalist and editor of Multichannel News, a major trade publication that’s been going strong for almost 40 years.  Moderating the panel is producer and entrepreneur, Rasheeda Winfield.
