How to bring down the cost of regulation for advisers

Fixing regulatory fees is an urgent issue - but only part of the problem, according to guests on the latest FTAdviser Podcast. 

The entire system of financial regulation in the UK is "broken" and needs to be fixed with a wholesale, root-and-branch review of the retail financial market and the advisers who serve consumers in this space.
