In the final episode of our series into advice after coronavirus, reporter Rachel Mortimer examines how small and medium-sized advice firms will be changed by the pandemic and the lockdown. Joining her are Neil Moles, chief executive of Progeny, Martin Brown, managing partner at Continuum and Victor Sacks, director of VS Associates. They discuss how their firms have changed since lockdown was imposed and how the advice process has been affected. They also talk about how the lockdown has changed client acquisition and which financial advice firms might struggle to survive the pandemic, as well as how the profession came emerge from the crisis stronger.
