Covid-19 update: Occupation Orders and Non-Molestation Orders

In the third episode of this podcast series we discuss the recent surge in domestic abuse cases, the remedies available and whether and how this area of Family Law has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We will discuss the latest government guidance with regards to whether those suffering from abuse during the pandemic are required to stay at home, as well as an overview of Occupation orders and Non-Molestation Orders which are the two injunctive remedies available to assist those in fear of their, or their children’s, safety.
