Episode description

"From the Frontlines" is an ADL podcast. It is hosted by ADL New York/New Jersey Director Scott Richman and focuses on ADL's efforts to fight hate and antisemitism in the United States and around the world. This week's podcast discussed BINAH, which stands for Building Insights to Navigate Antisemitism and Hate. It is a new ADL online interactive course for high school students to learn about antisemitism and hate. Through short real-world stories, the students engage in topics like the Holocaust, the lives of Hasidic Jews, immigration and antisemitic acts in America. These personal stories help students build empathy, perspective and allyship. The featured guest on the show was Vlad Khaykin, ADL's National Director of Antisemitism Programs and the creator of BINAH. For more information on BINAH or to bring the program to your school, visit https://www.adl.org/education/antisemitism. This podcast originally aired as a radio show on WVOX 1460 AM.
