Upcoming Hewlett Packard Labs Podcast: Quantum Computing 101

In next week’s episode of Hewlett Packard Labs’ podcast, From Research to Reality, Dejan Milojicic hosts Ray Beausoleil, HPE Senior Fellow, SVP, and Director of the Large-Scale Integrated Photonics Lab.  
 
Ray will talk about the basics of quantum computing, explain why it’s so popular, and discuss “quantum supremacy.” Ray will also explain the difference between traditional and quantum computers, including bits vs qubits. He will discuss the current state of the art vs the future of quantum computing. In addition to mapping the quantum journey, he will also talk about his own, and explain how the two are interrelated.
