This week on the Hewlett Packard Labs podcast, Dejan Milojicic talks to Laurel Krieger, chief of staff for HPE’s CTO and Labs organization about the paramount importance of strategy in an R&D organization. Laurel’s journey has taken her from small business owner, to managing engineering teams, business process teams, communications, marketing and strategic planning. This has taught her that once every level of an organization is aligned behind a strategy, magic can happen.
