Climate models and digital twins

In this episode of the Hewlett Packard Labs podcast “From Research to Reality,” Dejan Milojicic hosts Utz-Uwe Haus, a newly promoted HPE Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard Labs. Utz-Uwe will talk about the climate models that he is contributing to the European Commission’s flagship project Destination Earth--building a digital twin of planet Earth. Utz-Uwe will also talk about his lab in Zurich, Switzerland, and how his team achieves diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice. He concludes by sharing his personal odyssey across Germany and Kansas, en route to Zurich. Utz-Uwe will share his experience in sailing and show us some images of his boat on a lake near Zurich.
