On this special episode of FIM, Pastor Ariel Henry stops by the pod to speak with me about her journey in ministry. A young people extraordinaire, Ariel is a visionary that is big on the restoration and development of the youth. We spoke about how that passion for the youth developed. We also discussed her initiation in ministry and different transitions she faced and how she handled them. An early childhood educator Pastor Henry expresses what it is like impacting young impressionable minds. Pastor Ariel took over the pastorship of the faith temple Old Harbour branch at a time when the church was going thru a precarious transition. She spoke about the acclimation to such a leadership position and how she’s been doing so far. She gave her advice to young ministers and also discuss misconceptions about being in ministry.
