Episode description

It's Friday, and that means we're taking over your evening San Antonio! Our high school feature with BDammone of Along The Wire has a somber tone as we remember the life of Bryce Wisdom and the lessons that he showed us in his courageous fight with cancer. As we move into the show, we've been hearing rumblings of dissatisfaction from San Antonio FC fans who have started to receive season ticket renewal requests from Spurs Sports and Entertainment, the ownership group that operates the team. It's one thing to not receive your money back for this COVID-19 effected season, but it's a complete other issue when ownership has sold of two other franchises in the last four years, and lack of fan attendance is putting stress on many franchise owners across sports. Speaking of the Spurs, their first official game of the restart tipped off Friday as we started the second hour, so we couldn't wait any longer for the guys to make their predictions on how the team will finish. While changes are on the horizon for the Spurs, Harlandale High School may see some changes coming too as the discussion on offensive team names and mascots comes to San Antonio. Let's do this thing!
