Description: During a nutrition assessment, your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist will ask a lot of questions to the Veteran, but also to their caregiver. Being a caregiver comes with a unique set of challenges. Sometimes, a referral to the Caregiver Support Program will be made from your Dietitian.
