Hardly a day goes by when we don't face something unexpected. But somehow the normalcy of interruptions doesn't weaken their power to ruin a perfectly-chilled vibe. Unanticipated and unwelcome events spike our alert-o-meters, rev up our hearts, and sometimes send us to bed with throbbing temples. If we just learned to giggle more as they hit us we'd all be better off. In today's episode we demonstrated what that looks like.
