Bonjour à tous! Hi everyone! 

Welcome back to the French Made Easy Podcast! Thanks for joining me here! This is episode number 50, numero 50! Can you believe we're already at episode 50. C'est fou. That's crazy.

Anyways, in this episode, we're doing a bit of conjugation! You'll learn how to use my favourite French verb "manger" (which means "to eat") in the present tense! 

So, I'll first share the verb conjugation; then, I'll give you some examples.

Let's dive into the conjugation of the verb "manger." (to eat)

Répétez après moi (repeat after me

je mange (I eat/ I'm eating)tu manges (you eat)il mange (he eats)elle mange (she eats)on mange (we eat)nous mangeons (we eat) Attention here, common mistake, when you write it, don't forget the "e" otherwise, well, it's incorrect.vous mangez (you eat)ils mangent (they eat)elles mangent (they eat)

Ok, cool. Now let's see some examples of the French verb "manger" conjugated in the present tense.

Je mange du chocolat. (I’m eating chocolate.)Tu ne manges pas avec nous? (Aren’t you eating with us?)Il mange beaucoup de fruits. (He eats a lot of fruits.)Elle ne mange pas assez de légumes. (She doesn’t eat enough veggies.)On mange quoi ce soir? (What are we eating tonight?)Nous mangeons souvent au restaurant. (We often eat at the restaurant.)Vous mangez vers quelle heure le matin? (Around what time do you eat in the morning?)Ils ne mangent pas de viande. (They don’t eat meat, masculine.)Elles ne mangent pas de viande. (They don’t eat meat, feminine.)

Et voilà! That's it for the examples!
