Bonjour à tous, hello everyone, and welcome back to the French Made Easy podcast.

This is episode 214, numéro deux cent quatorze.

Today, we’re learning 15 common French words where the final letter is not pronounced, where it is silent.

Now, there are actually many, many words like this… so we’ll do a part 2 very soon to continue practising together. :)

Before we start, if you’re new to the podcast, welcome!

Please make sure you have your lesson cheat sheet handy so you can see the spelling of the words while you listen.

And once you’ve listened to the episode, head over to the French Made Easy Exercise Library to download your exercises and practise what you’ve learned today. I’ve actually created a listen & repeat exercise for you today. Everything is linked for you in the episode notes on your podcat platform, and it’s free. :)

So today, I’ll give you a list of 15 words, with their English translation.
