We have goals and dreams and visions that we think are good not just for us but also for others. We want other people to come with us on the journey to achieve them and we want them to enjoy the benefits and rewards that come from it but sometimes they just don’t want to move. We want so badly to find the right words or do the right thing to motivate them and get them going forward but the reality is it’s not as easy as that and perhaps there is another way to go about it.
