This edition features a stories on how members of the Afghan National Army graduated from a new training course in Kabul Province, Afghanistan and how in General David Petraeus' recent Counterinsurgency Guidance, one of his building blocks for success is "fighting the information war aggressively." One way that's being accomplished is empowerment of Radio Stations and local Afghan DJ's to bring the airwaves back to Afghanistan. Marine Staff Sgt.
