Good, Good Father

There is something that is eroding from our society, and that is trust. We’ve lost trust in many positional places, such as teachers, politicians, policemen, etc. But not is our country so divided, our homes are divided, also. Pastor Kyle Embry has brought a word this Wednesday night to talk about paternal trust.

According to the Census Bureau, 18.4 million children, that is, 1 in 4, live without a biological, step, or adoptive father in the home.

Furthermore, we need to get back into understanding this place that God wants to be in our lives. He is the position of ‘Father’ to us. He is the good, good Father.

Isaiah 64:8 (ESV) – “But now, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand.”
