We're all busy, but...

I'm a busy mom and I've lost over 55 pounds once I started doing these few simple things to lose weight. They didn't require huge life overhauls. They were easy to make feel like part of my life and fit right into my busy mom life. I'm a mother of three and I understand it seems hard to start doing anything for yourself or to better your health...like who has time for that?! You do!!! Actually, you do. It's easy when you start making small changes and even involving your kids in the process. It's not selfish to take the time or energy needed to make shifts in your lifestyle for the betterment of your health. It's very self-LESS if you ask me. You deciding to lose weight and do it in a healthy way is actually benefiting those you love. So there ya go. Do it sister!
