It's our first breech episode! And a surprise breech no less. We are joined by Cari from Nebraska, who after her first birth in the hospital was told she was unlikely to have another vaginal birth. Cari tells her incredible tale of going past 42 weeks and birthing her daughter who was surprisingly breech with her cord wrapped around her neck three times.
