Loneliness

This week's episode is about a difficult topic...loneliness.  It's such an emotive word that it has Kelsey tearing up before we've even begun. We discuss what it is (which is actually more complicated than it sounds) and what our own experiences of loneliness have been.  Apparently over 9 million people in the UK report feeling lonely - and it's not just the older population.
