This is the first of our mini 'challenges' episodes - where we try to do something practical to address our anxieties.  In our episode about Success, Nadine Wild-Palmer told us that she always wonders what 6 year old Nadine would think about what she's doing now.  So, we decided to write our 6 year old selves a letter, to tell them what we've been up to with all our many decades - and where we think we can give ourselves a little pat on the back!
