Episode description

When things aren’t going well and you’re a little bit broke, it can feel like everyone is richer than you. Everyone has what they need and you don’t. Everyone has a nice car, houses, and it’s all figured out. Then when you get a little money, you start feeling that you can do it too, but there are certain people out there who think a millionaire is a millionaire is a millionaire. They’re all created equal. That is not true. Net worth millionaires have a total value of assets that equal at least a million dollars, whereas a cashflow millionaire is someone who makes a million dollars a year.

“I guarantee you the high salary earners, the 250K/year, 300K/year, 500K/year people out there, they do not feel nearly as rich or wealthy as the cashflow millionaires who have millions coming in each year from different sources. They don’t have to go to work each day and each day they get paid from different investments and clients each day, month, and year.” 17:20
