Ponder about Issues

What has power in your life? What scares you? Ponder about major life issues and characteristics, like bitterness. I spent several weeks meditating on Psalms 37 and the power of bitterness. Bitterness has such destructive power, more power than cancer, or heart disease, but it does not seem to cause much fear. We should be more afraid of becoming bitter than we are of getting terminal cancer.
