Starting this week with a reminder of how the words we use can have an unintended impact on others. It is not only the students who disrupt the learning environment. The words from adults have a significant impact on other adults within the schools where the work is done. Be kind, be considerate and most of all sometimes hold your tongue when those words are not necessary.
