Today we continue this new series. Margaret Brown was murdered in 1928, the killer was known as the Torch Slayer due to the harsh nature of her murder. There was little for police to go on except for a name. Dr. Louis Clement. As they track down the Doctor they find out many things about him that are quite odd... is he the Torch Slayer?
