S1, E14 | Cam Campbell - Leadership, Alpha Redefined

In this "Special Feature" episode (E14), I'm joined by Coach Cameron Campbell, better known as "Coach Cam."  Cam is a native Houstonian who played high school football at Cy-Springs HS, then competed as a Houston Cougar at UofH.  After graduating with a degree in Communications, he went to work in the front office of the Houston Texans.

His journey impacting the lives of kids began in the Houston ISD as a teacher.  Later, Cam became the Head Football Coach and AD at KIPP Houston HS.  His success in athletics and academia led him to pursue fulfillment in social entrepreneurship, which he continues today.

Coach Cam was prompted to write Alpha Redefined after being blessed to experience so many outstanding leaders as mentors and coaches.  His book outlines 12 time-tested leadership traits, using current-day and historical figures to personify each trait.  Coach Cam spends time these days as a business leader and keynote speaker, philanthropist, USA Football Master Trainer and the PlaySafe Coach for the Houston Texans.
