Episode description

Episode 13 features my recent interview with Chris Miller, currently coaching in the XFL as the Offensive Coordinator for the Houston Roughnecks.

Chris played his high school football as a three sport star at Sheldon HS in Eugene and ultimately decided to stay home and attend the University of Oregon. Miller played QB for the Ducks, enjoying a successful college career that propelled him to the 13th overall pick in the 1987 NFL draft. Over his 10 year career, Chris played for the Atlanta Falcons, St Louis Rams and the Denver Broncos.

After his playing career ended (a prudent decision, based on a history of concussions), he coached at multiple levels from high school up through the NFL. He served as the QBs Coach for the Arizona Cardinals for four years under Ken Whisenhunt in between stints coaching high school football in Oregon. Prior to leaving for the XFL, he served as the Head Coach at West Linn HS.

In 2005, Coach Chris Miller was bestowed the honor of induction into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame!
