Today I have prepared a positively charged discussion with my guest Ausra Vitkute, who was born and raised in a small town in Lithuania. At 24, she moved to Germany with a Master's Degree in Banking and without a career plan. As one of the few women in supply chain finance, she worked her way up to Hornbach, L’Oreal and Coty. After a promotion to Professional Global Finance Manager, she relocated to Amsterdam to work at the head office.
Ausra has always challenged herself with unknown situations and learning new things. In our talk, Ausra shares stories from her recipes and a drill to create a new home in a new place
