We're talking Chicago with Nashville based artist, JD Simo. JD is originally from Chicago and has a great appreciation for all food in Chicago, especially the classics. I think Chicago may be one of the easiest cities to talk about when it comes to food, but like I said, JD loves the classics and there really is so much to love about these dishes and the restaurants.
