July 14, 2025 (Monday) 6:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk. 10:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half, a handful of mixed nuts with dried cranberries, and a strawberry grain bar at UNC Press. 4pm: Multigrain crackers with pepper jack cheese. 6:30pm: Fried tofu in golden sauce with cabbage, jalapenos, carrots, and onion over jasmine rice, made at home. 7:30pm: Blue Bell Cookies and Cream ice cream. July 15, 2025 (Tuesday) 9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and havarti dill cheese with multigrain crackers. 1pm: Leftover tofu and vegetables over rice. 4pm: A scoop of Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream. 6:30pm: Potato soup with kale, harissa, jalapeno olive oil, and chives, made at home. July 16, 2025 (Wednesday) 6:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half and a bowl of bran flakes with milk. 10:30am: A cup of coffee with half & half and leftover tofu and vegetables over rice at UNC Press. 6pm: Leftover potato soup with chives and fried chicken tenders over romaine lettuce with parmesan and creamy caesar dressing, made at home. 7:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Southern Blackberry Cobbler flavored ice cream. July 17, 2025 (Thursday) 9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and dill havarti with multigrain crackers. 1pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Cookies and Cream ice cream. 3pm: Two hard boiled eggs, made at home. 6pm: Chicken thighs and succotash made with tomato and butter sauce, with cannellini beans, corn, and basil, and an olive oil toasted slice of sourdough, made at home. July 18, 2025 (Friday) 8:30am: Leftover coffee with half & half. 12pm: Chicken tenders with ranch, cheese curds, and a bacon ranch wrap from Cookout in Oxford, North Carolina. 2:30pm: A small bowl of Blue Bell Cookies and Cream ice cream. 6pm: Leftover succotash with sourdough croutons and a hard boiled egg with chives and pepper. 8pm: A scoop of Blue Bell Southern Blackberry Cobbler ice cream. July 19, 2025 (Saturday) 8am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home. 10am: An egg poached in leftover potato and kale soup with parmesan, chives, and pepper, made at home. 2pm: Half of a chicken schwarma, half of a beef and lamb schwarma, babaganoush, hummus, and tabouli at Sassool in Raleigh, North Carolina. 4:30pm: Popcorn at Cinemark in Raleigh. 8pm: A handful of mini M&Ms. July 20, 2025 (Sunday) 9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home. MOCCAMASTER 11am: Dauphinoise with sardine paste and chives, made at home. 2:30pm: Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian beef, shrimp and broccoli, Singapore-style noodles, pork fried rice, three dumplings, and a fortune cookie from China Wok in Creedmore, NC at Brian’s parents’ house. 6pm: Peanut M&Ms.
