Ep. 154 - Serious Eats grand poobah Ed Levine is this week's podcast guest.  He recently sold the website to FEXY, and the story of the last 8 years is fascinating.  But even more fascinating was the music career he had before becoming a food writer.  A career which took him from L.A. to Iowa to New York City, and then into the studio with Dr. John.  And we get Ed to tell us the story from the very beginning. It's a must listen for anybody who's ever met Ed (or been obsessed with Serious Eats.)
