You know him from Have You Been Paying Attention, The D-Gen and as the co-writer of classic Australian movies The Castle and The Dish.

Now, the very talented Tom Gleisner has turned his hand to writing a musical, with Bloom about to launch in Melbourne.

Tom’s our special guest on the Food Bytes podcast this week, and chats to us about everything from his kitchen exploits at home to people mis-quoting classic movie lines.
