Major Brendan Nottle

As Commanding Officer of the Salvation Army, Major Brendan Nottle has dedicated over twenty years of his life to working with the most vulnerable members of society, and we are privileged to have him as our special guest on the Food Bytes podcast this week.

As well as shining a light on homelessness and the human toll of Australia’s cost of living crisis, Brendan shares with us some wonderful memories of his childhood years, his life’s mission and his favourite foods (dumplings with lemon syrup, anyone?)
