Duncan Welgemoed

Duncan Welgemoed has been variously described as part mythical beast, part troublemaker and part conversation starter. The part they left out was that he is the perfect guest for Food Bytes with Sarah Patterson. Duncan takes us through his culinary journey from South Africa to London then South Australia and introduces us to his stunning BBQ book called Cooking with Fire (Affirm Press). The dishes are spectacular and, teamed with Duncan's down to earth style, it makes for a totally entertaining and enriching podcast experience.
