Today I'm joined by Evan Jackson Leong to discuss Snakehead SNAKHEAD is produced, written and directed by Evan Jackson Leong (Linsanity); the film stars Shuya Chang (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny), Jade Wu (“Luke Cage,” The Motel), Yacine Djoumbaye (“Three Trembling Cities”), Catherine Jiang (A Different Sun), Richie Eng (Killerman) and Sung Kang (The Fast and the Furious franchise, “Power”). The film is set in NYC's Chinatown and is inspired by the true life of Sister Ping, the fascinating woman behind the mass migration of the Fujianese community to America. SNAKEHEAD in Theaters, on Digital and On Demand on October 29, 2021.
