As many people are experiencing the call to work with these powerful medicines from the rain forest and other places...there's a little bit of a missing piece I'm seeing. And that is what happens after you get back home having had a big life altering experience like that? Some people are being left even worse than where they started because now they can see everything, all the things in the dark now at the forefront with little tools or experience to deal with that.
I love this episode because it gives practical exercises on how to engage in shadow work for yourself and why it's so important and something that can never be skipped in the journey of transformation. Steven takes me through an on the spot exercise demonstrating how it can look which I think provides such a great context for those just coming into this realm.
