Episode description

We get to speak with a lot of really great guests on this podcast but for Ted and myself, this episode was extremely fascinating. The work the Nadja is doing and has done is not only important but also very interesting.

This episode was recorded at the AES show in New York. Ted and I are joined by Nadja Wallaszkovits who is an expert in historical audio restoration and is the 2019 president of the Audio Engineering Society. We’ll discuss her early career experience of recording everything from trash metal to classical music, why it’s important to be engaged with AES, the transfer and safeguarding of Oskar Sala’s collection of audio.

We mention the previous episode with Colleen Harper in this show.
