In 2000 she won Best Actress at the Evening Herald Irish Theatre Awards for her role in the world premier of Enda Walsh's play Bedbound. She was also nominated in the same year for Best Actress in the Irish Times/ESB Theatre Awards for her role in Enda Walsh's play Bedbound. Norma is in Pretty much in everything.
