On this week's Ep of Fni Wrapchat;  We're Spotlighting some talented up and coming talent screening at this years Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival. Paul Webster is back in the chair chatting to Director Peter O'Brien.  Peter O’Brien (POB) is an award winning Irish director specialising in a unique and emotive documentary style. Through skateboarding he fostered a love for DIY film and music, making skate videos of himself and his friends. Peter took the opportunity to pursue this passion at third level and attended the National Film School at IADT in Dublin. Here, his graduate documentary film, Rose, a study about his mother and grandmother's relationship after the onset of Alzheimer’s, won awards at the Royal Television Society and screened at festivals across the globe.  Following his college success, Peter gained practical experience interning at Event Junkies and eventually worked his way up to join the roster of Directors at their sister company Motherland. Today, Peter is represented for commercial work in the UK, US and Ireland building his commercial reel while pursuing his next documentary project.
