Episode description

In season 3, episode 55, Crawly and Dustin recap the Cubs' series win against the Angels over the weekend. The series saw Cubs ace Justin Steele throw the first complete game of his MLB career, right-hander Kyle Hendricks get pulled early from a start due to a lower back injury and right-hander Hayden Wesneski pitch his best game of the season. Crawly then interviews Bleed Cubbie Blue founder Al Yellon, the author of the new book "Chicago Cubs Firsts: The Players, Moments, and Records That Were First in Team History!" Yellon discusses the new book and shares thoughts on the current Cubs. Later, Crawly and Dustin discuss the latest Cubs news and roster moves, including left-hander Shota Imanaga being named an All-Star and reliever Colten Brewer landing on the injured list after breaking his hand while punching a wall in a fit of frustration. The guys also preview the Cubs' upcoming series against the Orioles with a look at the pitching probables, key matchups and who's hot and who's not for each club.
